You cannot post a formatted MS WORD document, a pdf document, a powerpoint document.....JUST TEXT).
(4) Click "Preview".
(5) Another page will load, this one with a yellow-highlighted box on the left side. Edit your comment if you want.
(6) To forward your comment for posting, click "publish this comment".
(7) Your comment will be posted to the page FOLLOWING REVIEW by the Comments Moderator, Annie McGreevy (see PROTOCOL, below).
PROTOCOL
Notice of your posting a comment will be sent via email to Annie McGreevy. As noted above "Publish Your Comment", "Comment moderation has been enabled" for discussions pertaining to ADOT.What this means is that PRIOR TO APPEARING ON THE SITE, Annie will review comments to ensure that they meet reasonable standards of civility. Criticisms and comments must be constructive -- this is our public face to the world, and an example that ADOT will be watching closely to see whether the level of openness they have embraced is worthy of replication elsewhere throughout the state. PLEASE, try to refrain from screaming here, no matter how frustrated you are, or how galling an action seems to be. Instead, contact Annie personally and we on DCRC will try to provide information that may allay a concern, or establish a more private channel of communication to make your concerns/issues known to ADOT.
