The Community Forum meets annually each January. The entire community is invited. Throughout the year, plenary meetings present community concerns, progress reports, and current plans with featured speakers and presentations.
The SCCF Board of Directors meets on the third Monday of each month at the County annex building (across from the Fairgrounds). All members, as well as the general public, may attend.
An open community meeting of the Sonoita Crossroads Community Forum will be held at Pioneer Hall in Sonoita on 31 March, 2007.
