The Sonoita Crossroads Community Forum

This plan was prepared by citizens of Northeastern Santa Cruz County in an open process conducted by the Sonoita Crossroads Community Forum (SCCF). The Forum is a nonprofit organization founded in 1996 and certified as tax-exempt in 1999. Its purpose is to promote civil community dialogue, sound planning, and wise stewardship in Northeastern Santa Cruz County.
