These policies set our community's expectations for responsible growth, which include:

building effective partnerships with the state and federal agencies whose decisions affect our landscape;
maintaining open space and rural character, including a dark night sky, while rural residential development continues;
promoting quality commercial and residential development at the Sonoita Crossroads; and
making wise use of a limited groundwater resource.
